Very quick response and excellent customer service. The customer suspected a gas leak on their gas hob and was understandably concerned, wanting the issue resolved immediately. Upon inspection, we identified a leak on the gas supply pipework, which meant the existing gas hob could not be safely reconnected. Working alongside Greg, we isolated and removed the faulty section of the gas line that was causing the leak. Once the pipework had been made safe, Greg supplied and installed a new induction hob. The customer was kept informed throughout the process, and the work was completed promptly and professionally.
