The electrician arrived on time and came fully prepared. He checked all sockets, switches, and the fuse boxes. He fixed a broken socket in one of the rooms and replaced the carbon monoxide alarm, which was a big relief. He also took the time to explain what the alarms do and why it is important test them once a week. He spoke in a calm, clear, straightforward way, gave really practical safety tips, and answered all my questions without any rush or attitude.
